Refund & Cancellation Policy
At 3LI GLOBAL®, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all business transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments for our digital services may be canceled or refunded.
1. Nature of Services
3LI GLOBAL® provides customized digital, IT, and cloud-based solutions such as CRM implementations, software development, AI automation, and enterprise integration. All such services are delivered digitally and tailored to specific client requirements, which means standard “return” procedures applicable to physical goods do not apply.
2. General Policy
Once a project or service has been initiated, significant resources — including technical expertise, software licenses, and dedicated time — are allocated. Therefore, payments made for initiated or completed projects are generally non-refundable.
However, 3LI GLOBAL® may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund or partial refund in the following cases:
- The project has not yet started at the time of the cancellation request.
- There was a duplicate payment or technical billing error.
- Both parties have mutually agreed to terminate the project before substantial work has been completed.
- A justified service quality dispute is raised within the defined project warranty or support period.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed through the same payment method originally used. Once approved, refunds are typically completed within 45 to 60 business days, depending on the banking and payment processing timelines.
3LI GLOBAL® will notify the client once a refund has been issued. Any transaction or processing fees incurred by third parties (e.g., banks, gateways, or PayFast) may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Cancellation Requests
Clients wishing to cancel a project or service must submit a written request via email to: 📧 billing@3li.globalbilling@3li.global
All cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Projects that are in the planning or early discovery phase may be eligible for partial refunds after deduction of administrative or onboarding costs. Once a project moves into development or implementation, cancellations are generally not eligible for refunds.
5. Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are strictly non-refundable:
- Setup fees or onboarding fees
- Consultation or assessment charges
- Third-party licensing, API, or hosting costs
- Custom development or integration fees once initiated
6. Dispute Resolution
Any refund-related disputes will be handled in good faith between the client and 3LI GLOBAL®. If unresolved, both parties agree to pursue amicable settlement before any formal proceedings.
7. Policy Updates
3LI GLOBAL® reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The most recent version will always be available on our website at www.3li.globalwww.3li.global.
